This might be a silly question but if Scotland votes for independence later this year, will Scottish artists (Boards of Canada and CHVRCHES spring to mind) have the Union Jack that accompanies their name replaced with the Scottish flag? _________________ Top 100 Greatest Music Albums

I sure hope so. Tbh I'm not sure why we don't already do that.

Or put all the EU countries under the EU flag and have them as European. I mean look at the overall chart on this website. A combined European entry will close in on America. Look down the list you see the numbers add up (goodness sake Norway, we could have done with those extra 106!) and yet still USA is there with 49% of them all and guranteed number 1.
Maybe it is a wake up call to go other places to find music?

Nah. USA rules. We're just better at music. Mostly because we cause so much suffering, mostly by African Americans. _________________ http://jonnyleather.com

That would be so controversial. People would be outraged _________________ Top 100 Greatest Music Albums

Belgian governement set to introduce labels for products originating from israeli settlements on palestine west bank link(in dutch). This measure is meant to inform costumers about the origin of the products (mainly fruit). Distributors/retailers are not obliged to use the label. Apparently, UK, denmark and south-africa did it before. One little caveat: we don't really have a functioning government right now (we are in a post-election period) and i'm not sure if the next government (probably a (central)right one) will like this.

Why do people get mad when I say that I generally prefer Religious people over non-Religious people?
That stuff irks me.

Well some might take the "preference" part as a slight against themselves. It may be some instant relfex knee thingy.

Because, for all the positive aspects of religion, there are atrocities that overshadow them.
That said, I don't think I've ever heard of anyone killing in the name of Buddha. _________________ http://jonnyleather.com
