Bombs are frightening

These quizzes have been fun!

The answers that I received are pretty accurate

I'm on the right on both social and economic complexes

I'm more empathetic with the social aspects, gay marriage is fine, etc.

EDIT: I disliked a portion of the phrasings such as "When people make decisions they should use their brain and not their heart" because there's no such thing as "using your heart." All it does is pump blood. I have no idea what using your heart even means. Perhaps if they said "use a more encompassing analysis" I would be able to answer it better, but phrasings such as this tend to irk me and I can only answer in regards towards my interpretation of the phrasing.

but your reaction to the phrasing is political in itself. that's the kind of strict ultra-rationalism that every libertarian i know employs (even if i think their conclusions end up being anything but ultra-rational Razz )

I usually lean towards the left side.

But economically speaking, I'm fairly conservative.

Just as a heads up, economically speaking conservative = left, liberal = right

Took this

http://slackhalla.org/~demise/test/socialattitude.php

Progressivism 50
Socialism 12.5
Tenderness 84.375

Your test scores indicate that you are a very tender-minded cultural centrist; this is the political profile one might associate with a community volunteer. It appears that you are accepting of religion, and have a generally optimistic attitude towards humanity in general.

Your attitudes towards economics appear laissez-faire capitalist, and combined with your social attitudes this creates the picture of someone who would generally be described as a traditionalist.

To round out the picture you appear to be, political preference aside, a sensible principled egalitarian with several strong convictions.

a bit late to this

Quote:
Progressivism 92.5
Socialism 93.75
Tenderness 59.375

Your test scores indicate that you are an open-minded ultra-progressive; this is the political profile one might associate with a university professor. It appears that you are skeptical towards religion, and have a generally optimistic attitude towards humanity in general.

Your attitudes towards economics appear communist, and combined with your social attitudes this creates the picture of someone who would generally be described as a humanist.

To round out the picture you appear to be, political preference aside, a considerate idealistic egalitarian with several strong convictions.

This concludes our analysis; we hope you found your results accurate, useful, and interesting.

There were some really strange questions there. Oh, and I'm not really communist. Unless that's how americans call socialism.

Progressivism 90
Socialism 75
Tenderness 62.5

Your test scores indicate that you are a tender-minded ultra-progressive; this is the political profile one might associate with a university professor. It appears that you are tolerant towards religion, and have a generally optimistic attitude towards humanity in general.

Your attitudes towards economics appear socialist, and combined with your social attitudes this creates the picture of someone who would generally be described as a humanist.

To round out the picture you appear to be, political preference aside, a kind-hearted realistic egalitarian with few strong convictions.
