I just looked it up, and it looks like it's being released June 17th? Think It might be released earlier in the UK though.

Yeah, I had a feeling this may have just been a mistake by the site I found it listed on.

if it's any consolation, she just released this video

New James Blake drops in about 40 minutes.

The album cover is very un-James Blake-ish, but nonetheless I'm excited Smile He hasn't disappointed yet.

The Colour In Anything by James Blake

Well it's become my AOTY after 2 listens.
Gorgeous melancholy. It flows so well, amazing album !
Can't wait to see him live next month !

Yeah, this is a great release. I'm not sure if I prefer it to his debut yet, but it's still easily one of the best of the year. I was a bit eerie of whether or not he could pull off a 70+ minute album, but it works. The quality never wavered, which actually made it a bit hard to appreciate the songs on their own. Definitely looking forward to giving it a few more listens soon Razz

Listening to the Blake now and goddamn that '21 Questions' / Barry White sample on 'Timeless' knocked me for six.

I don't understand the gulf in reactions to Drake and Blake's respective albums. They're both self-obsessed, melancholy, greyscale, exhausting, quasi-ambient pop albums that find both artists tweaking their styles in interesting ways without ever stepping out of their comfort zones. I like both a lot, even if I feel like I'll rarely listen to either in a single sitting much after the next few months, and they'll both end up in my top twenty five (ish) of the year, but one is getting shat on from all angles whilst the other is being held up as a work of crystalline beauty. Is it because of their respective personalities, or am I missing something?

EDIT: Plus Skeppy's album is better than both.
