Yeah, new Danny Brown is pretty cool. Going to give it a few listens over the next few days of course. I wish the album sounded more like what he did on the first track, but it's nevertheless pretty solid.
Thanks for pointing out the new Grumbling Fur. Glynnaestra is fantastic under-appreciated album from 2013. Hoping the best from the new release

Think you'll really dig it. It's got a great Eno during the 70s feel. _________________ http://jonnyleather.com

Every album he comes out with sounds noticeably different but they're all easily identifiable as him. JV's a legend, I'm only halfway through my first listen but I'm already in love. _________________

I'm not surte anybody has pointed it out, but this year's High Llamas' LP is excellent.

Here Come The Rattling Trees by The High Llamas
It was released in January, an eternity for the trendseetingfest that is this thread; still, if you liked O'Hagan before, you'll love this one ; if you didn't know him, it's probably his best besides Gideon Gaye.

at first I hated the fact that one of my favorite bands of the 2010s are certified neo-nazis but then I realized hey now I don't have to feel any guilt in not financially supporting them when I torrent their shit

Saw the clip to the new Beck cut "Wow". Album will be something to behold if it's of a similiar standard.
