My teenage daughter introduced me to this album. A little too dance/pop for my tastes, but it is a fun album. IMO, they improved on their sophomore effort, Supermodel.

I'll never forget when Pumped Up Kicks got big. All of my friends suddenly were big fans of "indie" music and I got to read multiple think pieces every day about how "indie" music was dead. Glad that's all over.

Don't think I've heard any other songs off of this and I don't really plan to.

It's a pretty fun album, it's in my top 100 for some reason, I don't know If I like it so much as I did a few years ago, but it's still a nice record to come back from times to times

Inconsequential. Weird that, with the lyrics to Pumped up Kicks, even that song remains... basically inconsequential. Do people still listen to this? I don't think so.

If it weren't for Pumped Up Kicks, and some other songs from the 2011/2012 Indie Pop Boom, I probably would still be listening to crappy pop music.
