That's Cartokens opinion. Not yours. Rolling Eyes

And, besides, Hot Fuss is much better that Machine Head & Pronounced Leh-nerd skin-nerd. I'd even probably say it's equal to Ziggy.

The Killers, Coldplay, Muse, Green Day and The Arctic Monkey's all have this problem. Britain loves them, US loves them, etc.. But critics are ridiculously split about them. Because of this, the people who care about those critics, have split opinions Rolling Eyes Cause they can't think for themselves.

Our site seems to think highly of them (on the charts anyway), but RYM doesn't even seem to have them anywhere in sight...

Neutral

Ya know?

This has decended into something right here. Except it's not off topic, you just dragged the topic into some pit with you. Shocked

Well Hayden's got something now. I thought the critics liked them but threw all their next albums away like they did with Franz Ferdinand. This album wasn't the most interesting thing. It's like lemon ice. You're not getting much but there might be some nice bits if you leave it long enough.

I bought this as soon as i first saw their 1st video for Mr Brightside, this was before the blew up big time, had a change to see them at V Festival (2004 i think), they were still relatively unknown then, my friends i went with hadn't heard of them and they played their set mid-afternoon from what i remember on one of the small stages. It is a great album, but i honestly haven't listened to it in maybe 5 years or so. I was never that into their following albums....

although i don't really like dance music, i remember this remix came out no longer after the album, and if it's possible to remix an emotional song into something even more emotional - than this is it!

RYM takes themseleves way more seriously then we do. Also, they lean heavily towards Metal so I'm not surprised.
