Think Neutral Question Eh?

Either he means it's the only album the original PF released, or he's saying that it's the only really awesome album they ever released, in which case I agree with him Razz

About a little man
If I can.
A gnome named Grimble Grumble.
And little gnomes stay in their homes.
Eating, sleeping, drinking their wine.
He wore a scarlet tunic,
A blue green hood,
It looked quite good.
He had a big adventure
Amidst the grass
Fresh air at last.
Wining, dining, biding his time.
And then one day - hooray!
Another way for gnomes to say
Hoooooooooray.
Look at the sky, look at the river
Isn't it good?
Look at the sky, look at the river
Isn't it good?
Winding, finding places to go.
And then one day - hooray!
Another way for gnomes to say
Hoooooooooray.
Hooooooooooooooray."

Yeah I'll stick with my Roger Waters era PF thankyou.

Thanks for posting some great lyrics! Very Happy

Wait, what's that little sentence I see at the end? Evil or Very Mad

Hey hey hey, those lyrcis are great! Best sing along album ever.

Alone in the clouds all blue.
Lying on an eiderdown.
Yippee!
You can't see me, but I can you.

Lazing in the foggy dew.
Sitting on a unicorn.
No fear!
You can't hear me, but I can you.

Watching buttercups cup the light.
Sleeping on a dandelion.
Too much!
I won't touch you, but then I might.

Streaming through the starlit skies.
Travelling by telephone.
Hey ho here we go!
Ever so high...

Alone in the clouds all blue.
Lying on an eiderdown.
Yippee!
You can't see me, but I can you.

Pink Floyd without Syd Barrett isn't Pink Floyd. If I released an album under the pseudonym The Beatles, it wouldn't mean that John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr had made a new album.

What is, then, Pink Floyd without Syd Barrett?

When I was in eighth grade, I thought Syd Barrett was the coolest guy in the universe. Then I discovered Frank Zappa, who could make better psychedelic solos with his butt, and I quickly lost interest in Piper.

What a juvenile way of looking at things....

is VU without John Cale not VU?
is King Crimson without Greg Lake or John Wetton not King Crimson?
is AC/DC without Bon Scott not AC/DC?

all 3 continued to release well received albums after principle members leaving, I don't like all (or any in AC/DC's case) of the albums released but my opinion of it doesn't change musical history;
