From Norman Bates' overall chart, either They Could Have Been Bigger than The Beatles (interesting title) or Chairs Missing...........will decide in a while. _________________ (space blank until I find suitable controversial quote)

Elvis Costello- Armed forces: 60/100
Don't really have much to say except that I didn't enjoy it.
I'm assuming the lyrics are important but I don't really care when it's musically so unappealing to me.
Might give this another try in the future to see if my tastes have changed though. |

With 2 songs left to go, can safely say that System Of A Down is a band I don't really enjoy. Should have gathered that from previous listens of radio-edited versions of their singles.
Delves sometimes into a predictable pattern which has their fanbase hooked in but obvviously, I missed the boat on this band. The lead single of BYOB is nothing I will endeavour to listen to again but it isn't that worst thing I have heard.
Serj has his style and Mezmerize shows that his alternative metal continues to bring in a crowd. I may bring this out again one day but I feel that could be a while off.
50/100 - Squeezed inbetween David Bowie's Outside and Depeche Mode's A Broken Frame _________________ Bandcamp ~ Facebook ~ Tumblr ~ Twitter |

When you listen again, listen to the version with "What's So Funny Bout Peace Love and Understanding" at the end. |

Pleasant, but a little bland. Not something that I could imagine myself listening to on a regular basis.
I'll try Metal Machine Music from Eggman's chart. |
