probably been posted before, but I've been on a quest for music videos worth rewatching many times...

personally, my favorites are:
Avalanches-Since I Left You
Avalanches-Frontier Psychiatrist (both avalanche videos are just fucking awesome)
UNKLE- Rabbit in your Headlights (likely the best music video ever, with quality of true film
both in content and effects)
Foo Fighters-Everlong (Inception before Inception: dream within dream within dream!)
Weezer-Say It Ain't So (the subtlties are amazing, like when Rivers twitches his eyes
when "somethings going on inside" or when the camera pans
through a party house to the room where the band is playing in
the middle of the video)

so... post your rewatchable videos, perhaps giving a reason why if you feel it requires one...

Aphex Twin, "Come To Daddy"
Aphex Twin, "Windowlicker"
Aphex Twin "On"
First two are by Chris Cunningham. The first is a creepy masterpiece, the second is hilarious.
The third is a very poetic Super-8 montage, I don't know who made it though.

Fatboy Slim, "Weapon Of Choice". Watch out for Walken's best role ever !
Beastie Boys, "Sabotage"
Both by Spike Jonze, very funny.

Fever Ray - When I Grow Up

Both fan made video clips to Mr Bungle's 'Pink Cigarette' and 'Retrovertigo' on youtube.

Animal Collective - Peacebone

Radiohead - There There

Gorillaz - Feel Good Inc.

...probably more better ones I can't think of...

I'm sorry for sounding like Sugarhi here and all, but really, it's hard to make a good music video without being a sellout.

Really, there's plenty of great videos from the 80s and 90s - after all, that was the period where the birth and peak of the music video scene occurred. Record companies don't sink anywhere near as much money into videos anymore since only a few of the music video channels still actually show music videos, so it's much harder to find good ones.
