| sorry to be pedantic, but certainly the early versions of Civ were turn-based, not RTS. Personally, I prefer turn-based games as my reactions are not so fast, and it gives you more time to think strategically. |

I think I (and probably most people) got into the habit of referring to turn-based and real time strategy as "RTS" when you're right it should be I guess "TBS" (that can't be right??). But yes you are being pedantic

I love games that require a lot of strategy. I prefer the strategy part of games more than the actual action.
