Honestly, I don't care as long as there is discussion.
But I do like this system so far (even if a bit chaotic). I'm hoping the chaos actually gets people more involved, but if not... I'm totally cool with the ALC format. That's a great format. |
I think if we want this to succeed, there needs to be some form of organization and/or structure. Doesn't need to be rigid, but if we're all just posting random albums whenever we feel like it, it's going to be a whole lot of voices all talking at the same time, and that's just going to confuse and overwhelm people.
This is your thing seth, so you do you, whatever you think is best. I'm excited to see where this goes. _________________ 2023 Chart

And mine was the cruelly underrated but very accessible album "Eroica" by Wendy and Lisa.

Sorry dihansse! Mind if we get you next week as the number one spot since the voting has already started and that'd probably be unfair to you to add it now?

Oh - does this sound like a decent enough structure?
1. People put album suggestions on this thread
2. Once a week we vote on the album
3. Once a week we discuss that album in detail
At least from the original thread, this sounded like a rough go at it for now. If it totally sucks and dies in a fire, we can totally do it another way. Anyone should feel free to put suggestions on thisthread.

No problem Seth but maybe rather in three weeks I'm on holidays from next week on.
