Max, what does that have to do with anything?

Anyway, Cathal why would a so called "Hip'hop purist" not rate Eminem highly? To me he is a great MC because of his witty lyrics, and creativity. Something most hip-hop was lacking in '99.

A Prince Among Thieves - prince paul
operation doomsday - MF DOOM
Soundpieces: Da Antidote! - Lootpack

I was replying to some previous comment stupid Chris.
I think we should end this argument over eminem. Yes, eminem is good, but so is all the stuff you mentioned. No one is going to change each other's opinions at this point.

Max your comment was stupid, someone said they know more about rap than metal and you randomly said, "I hate death metal, rap is so much more creative" Also was the 2nd part of that comment to me or cathal, because I agreed with you on eminem.

Wu-Tang Clan is so good.
At first they are so different from all other gangsta rap that it's hard to listen to because of it's stripped down style and it's production style but once you get into it it is amazing. The Lyrics are witty, deep, and sometimes really funny. (Method Man; just listen to the beginning) Overall it is a fantastic album _________________ "The future is unwritten."

If you're into lyrics, compelling ones at that, I'm surprised nobody has mentioned Canibus.
Would highly recommend any of his albums to you if you're into Dylan/Young.
For Whom The Beat Tolls, Rip The Jacker and 2000BC should cover it. _________________ no fat chicks

Good stuff, Johnny. I won't try to top it. Have you heard Viktor Vaughn's (MF DOOM alias) 'Vaudeville Villain" album? Doom has a solid discography, and no matter how much acclaim the Madvillainy album gets, I still think VV is his best work and the closest to a hip-hop classic of anything this decade.

I love Vaudeville Villiany and to me Madvilliany and VV are tied. In my music collection the album is under MF Doom but i've heard it's supposed to be victor vaughn. _________________ "The future is unwritten."
