The problem is very complex and confusing; I don't think someone sitting in his office in Durham can have a clue about how complex it is in middle-east. Iranian and Israeli governments are equally oppressive and racist. The difference is that there's a very strong Jewish lobby in U.S. which tries to make Americans believe that Israel's existence is at stake and it's very vital for U.S. to defend that existence. Iranian government is mainly ruled by Islamist hardliners that see their strength in opposing everything that represents U.S. Because those hardliners don't really have the guts or military power to start a war or sth, but their main goal is to raise the amount of defense budget in a rich country by making provocative remarks against western countries and Israel and then help themselves to good share of it in a corrupted bureaucratic system. I bet that in a supposed war between Israel (which would mean NATO and U.S. support) and Iran, the majority of army generals will flee the country to live in peace in the countries that their money is laid in their banks. |

| I doubt a war between two will happen, Iran could have a nuke and Israel almost certainly has a nuke. |
