Have you seen the film about her? I think it is called 'Edie'. |
No, unfortunately not. If it's availabe on dvd then maybe I could buy it somewhere.
I would like to order Ciao! Manhattan some time, the only thing is that the shipping would be a bit expensive.
And I've seen the Factory Girl but I didn't like that much. |

My avatar: Filles de Kilimanjaro (French for "Girls/Daughters of Kilimanjaro") Miles Davis album (1968)
Betty Davis appears on the album cover. Not the actress Bette Davis, of which Kim Carnes sang in the early 1980s!
Davis married Betty O. Mabry Davis in September 1968, and named "Mademoiselle Mabry (Miss Mabry)" for her. The song itself was recorded during the same month as Davis' wedding.
Good album, beautiful picture and Betty made good funk music 1970s. _________________ » Woodstock is fuckin’ nothing if you’ve been at the Midnight Sun Film Festival » – D.A. Pennebaker |

For any idiot living in a swamp who found a computer in the mud which had been left behind by one of several detectives who had come to investigate a murder case (which was almost certainly done by the same idiot I'm talking about) when they ran away, scared when they saw the idiot, and picked it up and suddenly saw a picture of this cool man under a string of indecipherable characters, the picture you saw was of Bob Dylan, my favorite musical artist, and this particular picture happens to be the cover of one of his awesome albums, The Times They Are A-Changin'. You probably can't read this huge block of indecipherable characters either that somehow look similar to ones on the line over the picture, but, ha, whatever, you came and now you're gone, but our life, it will go on, bla bla bla, ob-li-da, ob-la-da, life goes on, bra, la-la-la, how life goes on. _________________
