Did I miss a sudden influx of silver users - Where are all these people over 40?
I can name 3 - compared to the several gazillion I could name in their 20s. 
EDIT: Make that 4 because I see Norman is 40

So you really have no idea how many over 40s there are on the site??... shame! It would be great if we could somehow influence the overall chart in the way you seem to be implying...
But I am guessing that there are over 10 charts from people in their teens/20s for every one chart of the over 40s. So if you want to blame anyone for the lack of representation of rap/hip-hop on BEA blame your own age group!

jhereko, im not sure what you mean, but i was thinking that there were a lot of older people with charts that have no hip-hop in it.

i don't know, maybe there are more charts by people over 40 than you think. to clarify, my thinking when i made the statement was maybe if it weren't for most of the older people's charts not having any hip hop on it maybe there would be a couple in the top 100.

manc, i'm not sure if the decades charts matter or not but you have like 5-6 charts, is there any hip hop on any of them. i only have one chart.
i am almost 40 btw

No hip-hop on any of mine I think. Some modern jazz; no country albums.
