Which album cover is better?
London Calling
Clash
Released in 1979
Genre: Punk
Nominated by junodog4
Album art is photograph of Simonon smashing his Fender Precision Bass. The font and colouring pays tribute to Elvis Presely's self-titled album. The album cover for London Calling was among the ten chosen by the Royal Mail for a set of "Classic Album Cover" postage stamps issued in January 2010.
or
Ramones
Ramones
Released in 1976
Genre: Punk
Nominated by Norman Bates
Album art photographed Roberta Bayley. Wasn't the original planned cover, but is often sighted as the bands 'image'
P.s. Probably my favourite match-up so far... _________________ ~Hayden

| Not keen on either covers, but Ramones is slightly less bland. |

Maybe mine too. Both belong the same genre, and both are pretty good.
