More tweaks

A few more updates to the site, mainly a whole host of minor tweaks:

A few more features added for registered members to allow favourites to be edited and a couple of fixes also made.

Some of the charts have been tweaked to show how many users have added a particular album as a favourite. Only registered members are able to view this functionality.

A couple of changes to the home page, first to welcome the latest registered member and second for members that are logged in, the login area also shows who else is online.

Several changes to the album and band page layouts have been made to consolidate rankings tables into a single layout and some back-end changes to allow more stuff to happen with tracks/songs in future.

Anyway, that's mostly it. There were some other changes, but nothing substantial. I hope everyone enjoys.
