Yeah, the Bon Iver album is great. Although it took me an absolute age to start really appreciating it, to me it is the definition of a grower...

My favourite 20 cobbled together in roughly 10 minutes:

1. The Wrens - The Meadowlands
2. Modest Mouse - Moon + Antarctica
3. Sigur Ros - Takk...
4. The National - Alligator
5. LCD Soundsystem - Sound of Silver
6. Nick Cave + the Bad Seeds - Dig! Lazurus, Dig!
7. TV on the Radio - Dear Science,
8. Broken Social Scene - You Forgot It In People
9. Life Without Buildings - Any Other City
10. Godspeed You! Black Emperor - Lift Yr Skinny Fists...
11. M83 - Dead Cities, Red Seas + Lost Ghosts
12. The Avalanches - Since I Left U
13. Jay-Z - The Blueprint
14. Elliott Smith - From a Basement On A Hill
15. Belle + Sebastian - The Life Pursuit
16. Explosions in the Sky - The Earth Is Not a Cod, Dead Plaice
17. Cut Copy - In Ghost Colours
18. The National - Boxer
19. 65daysofstatic - One Time For All Time
20. Raekwon - Only Bult 4 Cuban Linx PT II

Yeah, so there it be. Kind of Pitchforky but that's ok.
Probably my favourite decade of music, but seeing as I've only really been a music fan this decade that is to be expected

Fleet Foxes outta be in the top 20. And some of the albums on the list are crap IMO. I'm not currently looking at the list but from what I remember there is a lot of popular junk on it. For Example, Late Registration by Kayne West? What a joke. Not that I have anything against him but if you're going to throw an album like his on it make it his better ones. And to me it seems like the only reason he is on that list is because people 'think' its good, which seems to be like most of the albums.

I don't understand the hate for Late Registration, I think it's an excellent album. While Kanye might not have the insane flow or lyrical flow of Eminem, he shows off his mastery of pop and sampling. The album is consistent all the way through, has pitch perfect features (particularly the ones by Lupe Fiasco and The Game) Sure he may get a little vapid, but lets be honest, so does Morissey. I think it's one of the most satisfying albums of the decade.
