There are a few strong tracks here, but Eminem gets a bit too goofy with weird voices and immature lyrics.

Eminem was reaching for reflective and almost regretful lyrics on some tracks, and then he goes for his silliest with Big Weenie and Ass Like That. He seems to have lost focus, and perhaps needed the break.

This is a pretty good album with some quality songs, but there's a lot of really bad stuff here too.

highest points are mediocre (We As Americans, Evil Deeds, Spend Some Time) lowest points are absolutely terrible (My 1st Single, Rainman, Big Weenie etc)
