Electric Warrior: The Glam Rock scene has arrived A Classic Album have played this more than 'Ziggy' better hits I guess if only 'Hot Love' was on this it would be right up there fav tracks Mambo Sun,Jeepster,Get It On,Cosmic Dancer
Stoned.
So smooth and sexy. No wonder folks still dig it.
Right up there with Ziggy Stardust as a glitter rock Classic. Yet this is an album that swings! All the songs are fabulous. Marc Bolan, if he had lived probably wouldn't have bested this one.

ilovelctrListening to this is genuine fun. And don't compare this to Bowie's Ziggy Stardust, because what they offer to the audience are different. T. Rex just initiated the glam rock scene in 1970s with this record. Especially songs like Cosmic Dancer, Bang a Gong (Get It On) and Life's a Gas deliver pure melodic fun.

I danced myself right out the womb.
Nothing revolutionary about this album. Just a collection of great pop music. Sometimes an artist will come up with 1 masterpiece, as Marc Bolan did here. Bang a Gong, Life's a Gas, Planet Queen. This music is for fun.
For me the best songs are 'Cosmic Dancer', 'Planet Queen', and 'Mambo Sun'.
Deffinetly worth checking this album out for anyone who hasn't.
