Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. Literally my favourite album of all time. The title track in particular is a brilliantly composed and played track which just oozes style and sophistication. Big city funk as good as it gets. Booker's organ-grinding is utterly inspired and totally compelling.
Innovative soul/funk from a great band.

Green Onions may be more popular mostly because of the tittle track but this one is way better.
