Hot damn, was this ever good to chill out to in the backyard with a beer and a book on a warm summer night.

The music is beautiful but I don't speak Icelandic so I have no idea what they are saying. I am a lyrics person so it bothers me not knowing what is being said.

One of the most incredible records I've ever heard.

It feels like a very solemn but also very deserving and wonderful farewell to the 90s. The sound from this LP echoes beauty and affection, the arrangements are gorgeous and while it's a bit long it manages to send you off into a realm of dreams - I would consider this a lullaby album. I can almost be bold enough to say that this is reminiscent to the soundtrack of my life.

Forget all I said in the past about Sigur Ros. That's history. This is one of the most beautiful pieces of music I've ever listened to in my life. It's one of the most innovative, gorgeous, emotional albums ever to be written and I'm glad to say that I finally understand what the hype was all about. I've had this album for a while and after listening to Explosions In The Sky for the first time, I couldn't help but remember how much better this was artistically than that album. So I gave this a listen with the volume cranked and let the music wash over me. Can't believe I didn't realize the album's power sooner.

Every song is magical. This is album you really have to lose your mind to, it's euphoria, close your eyes, slow your heart beat and the 10 minute songs will pass over you like seconds. Surrender yourself and you will find a new world of music that hasn't been repeated by anyone, even Sigur Ros. Sweeping melodies and touching vocals - this is the entire post-rock package. God-damn, I can't even describe this album with words. Poignant, unparalleled perfection.
