This bucks the trend for me in two ways:
1. I usually don't go for live albums... except for blues artists. The rawness of the music is usually highlighted by an intimate audience. This is a dynamite live performance.
2. I usually find BB King overrated. On this album, he more than lives up to the hype.
Marvellous album by the King of the Blues. Opens up with four straight stunners culminating in How Blue Can You Get, and if it hadn't been for the inclusion of Help the Poor at the end this could have been the perfect blues album.
