Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some albums can have several thousand ratings)
This album is rated in the top 24% of all albums on BestEverAlbums.com. This album has a Bayesian average rating of 73.8/100, a mean average of 73.1/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 73.8/100. The standard deviation for this album is 13.6.

Não conhecia esse debut maravilhoso!! Deveria ser mais comentado!
underrated
WAY better than i remembered. Recommended. Not yet so proggy, a somewhat poppier and rockier?
A solid debut album with a handful of really nice tracks like Looking Around and Survival. But the best was certainly yet to come!
Exceptional debut album. Clearly there are lots of Yes’ proggy/folky roots all over this album, but you also get to hear a little bit of a harder side of the band that you don’t really get on later records. I’d say the stand out tracks are the edgy prog number Looking Around and an absolutely rocking cover of I See You. But every track is worth listening to.
Jazz rock, Rock Progresivo, sinfónico, Clásico, no aburre. Para mi debiese estar número 7 u 8 de este año...
This often overlooked album is a chameleon, cleverly switching seamlessly between styles. The opening track has a psychedelic feel, the next is very much a jazz feel and the next has a much more acoustic and melodic feel where Jon Anderson's vocals could well be the best on any Yes album. And this interchanging of styles continues throughout. The instrumentation on this album is as good as on the 'classic' Yes albums. It actually gets more spins in my house than Close To The Edge and Fragile!
This album is so damn underappreciated. I love it. Have since my first listen. The playing on here is brilliant too.
Amazing album!
This album is quite underrated. The first track is always a ton of fun.
Fantastic album, great Beatles cover and great originals... 8/10.
