I was surprised to hear how good this album is. I wasn't too keen on their first, and when I bought this one cause is was only $2 I was really surprised how much better it was than their first. Solid solid album.
British Legion and The Doberman are the best tracks

But STILL, it's an OK album.
ShaneSpear 07/04/2011 13:49The epitome of a front-loaded album. This thing runs out of gas right around the middle of track five, but those first four tracks are really something else entirely. Shoot the Runner (and its video) are outstanding. The strings at the end of Me Plus One are pretty standout as well. This is probably the worst Kasabian album because of the lack of anything of substance in the second half. A lack of complete songs is not an uncommon occurrence for an indie rock band's second album (see also: Franz Ferdinand, Hot Hot Heat, Arctic Monkeys) but it is BAAAAAD here.
