ffudnebbuh 08/31/2012 13:08the only weak track is "Mass Production" but I love all of the other songs on this great album....I think that this album, "Lust for life", David Bowie's "low" and "heroes" were all made within a 13 month period. I think that they worked on each others albums, along with Brian Eno.
Consistently good lp and far better than Lust For Life.
Seandidn't Ian Curtis hang himself while listening to this album
YAY! For this album, 'Sister Midnight' and 'Nightclubbing' are couple of my fav Iggy.

CellarDoor 06/12/2010 01:47I actually miss the... raw power in his solo releases, still this and "Lust for Life" are both masterpieces. Iggy + Bowie = mindblowing ! Of the 2 albums, "The Idiot" is my favourite : dark and sexy. Oh, and it has "China Girl" :)
Wow, I need to listen to more Iggy Pop. For awhile there I was stuck on Raw Power and Fun House. Just gave this a listen and it's just as good!!

ffudnebbuh 01/07/2010 21:17It was difficult to pick an Iggy Pop or Stooges album since I like them all, "TV Eye" is a great live album but I hesitate to put live albums on this chart..
