Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. INXS's weakest album since the first but still decent. I've got all the original lineup's albums and this is the one I revisit the least and, like the last album, there's nothing new or original really.....still they were one of my favourite bands once upon a time and I'm glad I've got it in my collection.

At first I thought it was "Better than Oasis" rather than "Elegantly Wasted". Would've made for an interesting lyric.
