All good other than 'The Prophet's Song' an experiment gone wrong otherwise a good album best tracks Death on Two Legs,You're my Best Friend,Bohemian Rhapsody
meccalecca 04/09/2013 18:13Some albums are a tightrope act. Sure, Queen was a bit excessive, kitschy, but on A Night At The Opera their technical efficiency is on such a high level the resulting album is a dynamic breakthrough. A lesser band would have fallen flat on their faces attempting this record.
I got a much better experience the second time. ANATO is a REALLY good album!

Some very fine songs and some not so good ones
The album was filled with good songs, but it was also filled with short songs, so I didn't get as much enjoyment as I had hoped. If the songs were longer, it would be a more enjoyable album for me. I'm a rock opera fan, but this isn't the best rock opera album in my opinion. But it's still very good.

Jasonconfused 11/15/2012 22:31Time and time again I hear people say they are tired of Bohemian Rhapsody. I'll tell you why that is. BECAUSE they aren't listening to it correctly! This album is ONE piece of work. An album. It all needs to be heard in context. In fact, some of the songs bleed into each other which I always love in albums. Every member of the band was genius and this album is their ultimate masterpiece.
