Love the country songs outside of the bookends, but alike most Stones albums, incredibly monotonous.

Decent, but nothing more. "Gimme Shelter" is the only great song on here, though there are a few others that are worthwhile listens.

Bookended by my two favorite Stones songs 1. Gimme Shelter 2. You Can't Always Get...
Brilliant running order, band really digs into Midnight Rambler, Shelter, Love in Vain, almost sound scary, before letting us off the hook with beauty, catharsis of last song.

I could never bear to hear the Rolling Stones albums, I mean, I like many of his songs, but individually, I find their albums usually boring, except for this and Exile on Main St.

It was a tough choice between this one and Exile, but Let It Bleed ultimately wins out based on sheer consistency.

The end of the best Stones era, in my opinion. Masterpieces for the opener and ending.

Actually after examining this album closer, I see why it is their best of the 60s. I don't feel like the Stones are exceptional ALBUM writers, but great song writers, but this Album ain't too shabby.

and Live With Me should be badged as well, one of their best songs live. As far as the country sound, You Got the Silver was the first one that got me into that style of theirs.
