an_outlawIf they said she didn't the intended target audience wouldn't touch the records with a barge pole. Give it 10-20 years.
She does fully understand what she's saying an_outlaw, she wrote all the lyrics herself and gives lengthy interviews about all the topics in her albums. You can say she has dodgy morals but they are definatly her own.
I wouldn't be so harsh telefunker. What you have to remember is it is an image given to her by her record company. Yes, the morals of the people who wrote the songs are very questionable (some times very bad) but I don't think she fully understands what shes doing. One day she may look back and regret some of things she sung or said but for now lets leave her be to be a pop star.
