sethmadsen 04/08/2013 03:45I really like the bass solo (pulling teeth) and whiplash... the recording quality leaves much to be desired, but this is their debut... what'dya expect?
Jasonconfused 11/22/2012 21:00The first thrash metal album! This is raw Metallica! This is the album that fueled most of the 80s metal. I realize that's a big statement but I stand behind it. My least favorite song on the album is Phantom Lord and even then it is a kickass track. Dave Mustaine's writing is immediately apparent on this album. It is far more raw and fast than anything else Metallica ever did.

One of the good albums of Metallica, technically really good and really fast. Each instrument does a terrific job. The best tracks : Pulling Teeth and The Four Horseman
