First listen and I love it! Pretty unique for an indie folk rock band. Track two sucked me in because it is very cool.
I find it a very enjoyable album, nearly as good has BECOMING A JACKAL. The first three are excellent, along with nothing arrived and passing a message.
Really good album. Becoming very much one of my favourite albums of the year so far.

Interesting record, even though I feel that he's trying to hard to sound lyrical at times (the bombastic "The Bell") when the compositions are not strong enough. However, there are some beautifully written songs in there ("Nothing Arrived").
All of the sounds come together beautifully and nearly every song progresses into a great finish.
