Homme de Pomme 04/19/2013 12:05Lovely songs, but as an album it does not work for me. It does not have the pure magic Siamese Dreams has.
swedenmanAlright, I'm sorry, but under absolutely no circumstances should an album be this long. I may be in the minority here, but I prefer to listen to my albums in one sitting and not get bored literally 60-70% of the way through, and that's just impossible with an album of this length. That being said, there are a multitude of fucking brilliant tracks on here. The first disc tends to be stronger in my opinion, but let's not forget the disc 2 masterpieces "1979" and "Thru the Eyes of Ruby" (among others).
