Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. Secondo capitolo delle canzoni inedite di Woody Guthrie musicate per volere della figlia Norah ( che canta pure alcuni brani ) da parte di Billy Bragg e dei Wilco. Secondo capitolo di poco inferiore al primo ma comunque buono, anche se le canzoni a volte sembrano scorrere senza lasciare tracce particolarmente evidenti.
Probably my least favorite volume. But pretty much as good. if you like the other two you will like this.

The leftovers from Volume I are presented here on Volume II. While not as good as the first volume, it still has many well done songs, most by Wilco. I would have preferred for this one if they had limited the Bragg songs to 1 or 2 and left off the annoying Natalie Merchant song. However, with songs like "Airline to Heaven" "Remember the Mountain Bed" and "Someday Some Morning Sometime" this has some great songs.
Originally my #5 album of 2000, I confess to overrating it a bit as I had a Wilco crush going on.
