Both pieces included on this album are already in the top 1000. This has absolutely no point being where it is.

I like listening to these 2 albums together as they are in this compilation, but there really is no reason for this to be on the charts.
Totally agree with jackbrown. Please, don't stone me, neither him, we are just being honest.
I do like doolittle, Surfer Rosa, and... Come on pilgrim. But... come on dudes, this album wasn't needed.
2 albums do not an album make, therefore gtfo the top rated albums. surfer rosa is already deservedly up here. down with compilations full of songs already on albums, help rate 0 please and thanks.

I can't rank Come on Pilgrim and Surfer Rosa separately, because that's not how I know them. I find that it doesn't sound like two separate works; there is a congruency between both, it's almost seamless. While most will speak of Where is My Mind (it is epic, after all), my favorite track is Caribou. To me, it is THE Pixies track, that epitomizes the band. So much energy, so much creativity. And for some reason, when I was 16, I really enjoyed the album cover.
