Not a band that will have lenghty career

Lots of interesting ideas, few of them being completed through the course of this album. It often feels forced to bring out something awkward, therefore ending up being somewhat pretentious. Starts great with It's Working. Really liked the closing track. Also "hope I die before I get sold"-*facepalm*

This is so much better, this deserves to be right by The Suburbs.

This album will define MGMT. Takes you on a musical roller coaster thats enjoyable most of the time. Dan Treacy and Brian Eno are the low points. I used to listen to It's Working each time I experimented with the certain drug it talks about, just because Andrew and Ben have such a way of being cynical and excited at the same time. Flash Delirium and Siberian Breaks are masterpieces. I pray MGMT sticks to this type of songwriting in the future, rather than regrettably giving the customer what they want as they did with Kids and Time to Pretend.

Personally i prefered their first record, but this wasn't surely a bad follower. Congratulations, Flash Delirium and Brian Eno are my favorite tracks.
