Whomever said Heart is a great "soft rock" band must be one of those people who became a fan when "These Dreams" was popular. Heart was always hard rock, they just went a little too commercial in the 80s. Thankfully they got away from the adult contemporary crap and started playing quality heavy rock again in the 90s. Ann Wilson is without a doubt the GOAT of female hard rock singers and it isn't close.

For many years, the ultimate female fronted hard rock band. They left a significant legacy of great rock music.
Love all that Heart do.

First heard them on the radio in 1976 and saw them Live in 1988. The Wilson sisters can rock and they can sing. A great soft rock band.
How many live Zeppelin covers has Heart done?
