Never could figure whether he was the last Wobblie or the first Yippie! or both. Or maybe Emmitt Grogan.

One of the most over-looked artists from the 60s. Though Bob Dylan was the better artist in general, as folk artists I found Phil Ochs to be better. Better voice, better folk songs, and more straight forward message. His folk-pop crossover wasn't a big success but it sounded good and I believe there was a lot of work put into it.
