It may not be Zeppelin, but Robert Plant has the greatest rock voice I've ever heard. And I've heard him in other genres, and he ain't too shabby.
I agree and had Now and Zen on my chart when I first made it. But I was the ONLY one to so do.
Even at his worst moments, he's still the freakin' Led Zeppelin frontman! My personal favorite? PRINCIPLE OF MOMENTS is his strongest post-Zeppelin performance. That album is worth it just to hear "Big Log." PICTURES AT ELEVEN and NOW AND ZEN don't have any stinkers on them, either.
The front man for the mighty Led Zeppelin. His solo work is also very good.He has numerous great albums & so many good songs made after Zeppelin that even without Zep I would consider Plant one of the great artists. He has so many good songs it's amazing. His first 4 albums are extraordinary. For anyone not familiar with Plant's solo work I highly recomend giving it a listen.
