skelter54Uno de los mejores compositores de canciones de todos los tiempos.
As a solo artist, some good songs but mainly poor ones. Only ranked where he is because of his work with The Beatles, which proved without doubt he was a special talent and deserves his legend status. The ranking I've given is just for his solo work, which if truth be told, was released by anyone other than John Lennon, wouldn't even make the top 100.

he's so good because he's so honest. are all of his songs amazing? in some way, yes. are they all great? hell no. he was an artist who expressed himself through music. he spilled paint. he got drunk and forgot the words. he never faked one damn thing. he survived the fucking beatles, at least for a while. a man who impacts the world daily, in the eternal search for peace.
