Top 100 Greatest Music Albums by chris lancaster (2013)

« View previous chartView next chart »

The albums I've listened to the most since April 2010. I use my iTunes playcount to determine the rankings. This provides a different barometer of the best ever albums, based on my recent and current listening habits. Thus many obvious albums are not on the list, like those by The Beatles, because I only occasionally listen to them nowadays, even though they're great. However, lots of lesser-known gems make it. I hope you like the chart. It is updated from time to time so please come back.

Very interesting way of making the list = very interesting list. Actually, I think I vaguely remember this being chart of the day on the day I joined BEA. Surprised I haven't gotten around to it since. It's fantastic!

Some good stuff on here, The Wonderstuff were one of my favourite bands in the late 80's/early 90's and I really should make room for them on my chart. Although I'm not really a fan of the premise of your chart at least you've qualified it in your comments. Ps if you really think The Beatles are great why do you listen to them less than the Tottenham album?

Nice to see some rap on here. I still need to get around to adding some hip hop to my chart. Nas is one of my favorites so great to see him on here too, but I would say that Illmatic is definitely his greatest album. Life is good is dope though
