Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some charts can have several thousand ratings)
This chart has a Bayesian average rating of 83.2/100, a mean average of 83.1/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 82.5/100. The standard deviation for this chart is 8.8.

Pet Sounds and the white album are fantastic choices. Would love to see you expand this list at some point, especially if it included some less conventional choices.
Oh Dude! What a f*ck*ng great chart.
Great list!
Really agree with many of the choices here.. some not so much.
Good list, good order for the Beatle albums
Excellent Chart !!!
Tha La's is an alright, nothing's ever stood out to me besides There She Goes though. I much prefer Pulp, which should probably be on my chart.
Pretty good chart you got here. There's a lot of poppy British albums I don't care for, but there's a lot of classics here that I like too.
Good list.It may seem kinda safe, but I guess that just shows the overall greatness of the typical albums that everyone has on their lists.
The La's album does keep creeping up the more I listen to it, not heard it for such a long time it isn't higher as the ones above ive played a lot more, it is a work of genius though!
Great list, never got into coldplay but the rest is very much to my tastes, some excellent choices.
