Sure-for me, Tommy is the most enjoyable Who album because of how it starts to move more into a prog rock/arena rock style while still sounding relatively loose and raw. I think that it does have a few flaws; some of the songs go on for much longer than they should, and there are a few that don't really need to be on the album. It also seems a little less focused and more repetitive than some of their other albums. I think that Who's Next and Quadrophenia are technically better albums than Tommy; however, I don't actually enjoy listening to either of them as much as Tommy, because other than the hits I really don't like the more "arena-rock" sound that Who's Next focuses on and I haven't really had enough time with Quadrophenia to completely appreciate it. While Tommy can be unfocused and repetitive, there are also a lot of good ideas and clever songwriting moments throughout, and the performances and energy make it interesting to listen to for me all the way through even on the weaker songs, which I don't find on their other albums.
