Top 100 Music Albums of the 1970s

I have finished my survey of the 1970s. I fairly proud of the experience I had listening to 228 albums to bring this list together. It was done "mathematically" and on a ranking system. I don't even trust my own subjective opinion past 20 albums, so this ranking system really helped me decide on albums past rank 20. I feel this method 85% represents my opinion and better than if I were just doing opinion additions to the chart.
Some of this I don't agree with though... I tried to do it mathmatically, but some great albums (london calling, the wall, and exile on main street) I'd probably have in my top 20 if it weren't some filler... not sure what to do about that. Stay true to my faulty math or my faulty opinion...
I also excluded best of collections except for Decade... it's such a more enjoyable listening experience than any other Neil Young album.

Hey, u know what? I thought the exact same thing about Decade. Sometimes a compilation takes on a life of its own and becomes something new. I only include comps with this characteristic. Because I feel comps are kinda like cheating. The few I do include are so extraordinary that it would be wrong NOT to. Hot Rocks and Supremes Anthology and a couple others. Shit like that. Its just a good idea sometimes. Heh heh.

Very nice, Pink Floyd really dominated the 70's and it shows. I think mine won't be to different when I get around to making it.
