Top 100 Greatest Music Albums by lancashirearab (2012)

I have decided to only include one album from each artist in this chart because I am having to leave out some great bands from my chart. I have included some notes about each album to try to explain why they are so special to me. Just remember they are all my babies and I love them all equally even though some are definately cuter than others and some of them look nothing like me!

Chart updated: 05/26/2012 05:55 (Created: 03/25/2012 19:36). Chart size: 100 albums.

Respect for Miami by The Gun Club. Haven't listened to the more popular one by them though. Something 'Fire' was it? It had a pick cover. Might stick around this chart for albums.

This is one deep chart. All of these 80s albums that only someone who lived in that decade would have such a strong history with.

This is a pretty great chart. Love the Fall @ #1. Also, great way to get introduced to Can. I am Damo Suzuki, what a song right?

Post punk and Postcard just aren't my thing but it's an intersting chart well furnished by your wall to wall comments. Props for calling your son Thurston by the way, mine's called Joseph Dylan after Strummer and Zimmerman. Are you from Lancashire? I'm from Ramsbottom myself.

Love the chart. Just one personal comment to make about Poor Ole Dan by GoR. It's not often that they release an album of a gig that you were actually @ but this is one that I was & I cannot find a copy so I'm very jeolous that you have one. The Town & Country was my home from home in the last 80's / early 90's & saw some fantastic bands there before it closed it's doors. Happy days!!!!! Never the same after it reopened under different ownership.

Screw you I frickin love Dire Straits! To be honest my favourite Bowie album is always changing but Space Oddity is always my favourite Bowie song so I thought I'd stick with that album.

This chart is like an education for me, so much I haven't heard of but it's great.
