Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some tracks can have several thousand ratings)
This track is rated in the top 4% of all tracks on BestEverAlbums.com. This track has a Bayesian average rating of 81.8/100, a mean average of 80.6/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 81.9/100. The standard deviation for this track is 13.9.

Poderia ter sido lançada hoje por uma banda indie!
Great guitar solo, too many animal noises?
This song is my least favourite from the album. Just too noisy for my taste.
Absolutely SAVAGE guitar solo
The fucking animal noises
So glad there's a song like this squeezed in on Pepper. Gives it some of that brass-band sound that I so associate with this record. The brass riff is catchy, and McCartney goes wild on the solo too!
Cool track with interesting time signatures, and the animal noises at the end (including the chicken :D) are cool!
Good morning, good morning, is probably John Lennon's least celebrated track from the Sgt. Pepper album. It does seem to get slightly forgotten amongst all the other classics on the record, but as any other fan of the LP knows, you couldn't do without it. Good morning, good morning, is a cynical, sarcastic number, angry even. Lennon's character is seemingly going through some sort of midlife crisis, another of the disoriented characters on the album, like the girl's baffled parents on, she's leaving home. Still, it's a superb track, and as on, taxman, on the, revolver, album, the record's best guitar solo is played by Paul McCartney. His blistering performance here, brilliantly captures the anger and frustration of Lennon's character, it's a fantastic moment. Obviously, some songs are better than other's on the, Sgt. Pepper, album, but they are all an essential part of the pepper listening experience. Good morning, good morning, is one of those.
I always love being able to glimpse into the artistic process. The way John will hear something ordinary and it inspires a song is really intriguing. A police siren becomes I Am the Walrus, the Daily Mail becomes A Day In the Life and this song had it's genesis as a tv commercial. Another cool tid bit: it wasn't until years later I found out Meet the Wife was a tv sitcom. You can just see John, day after day in front of the tv, strumming away on his guitar...writing songs...cool stuff
