Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some tracks can have several thousand ratings)
This track is rated in the top 2% of all tracks on BestEverAlbums.com. This track has a Bayesian average rating of 85.7/100, a mean average of 84.6/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 85.8/100. The standard deviation for this track is 12.7.

Good reprise, but also sort of an intro for the most sublime ending of an album, EVER!
Revolutionary beat
So unreasonably exciting.
sounds like a hip-hop beat at the beginning
Hard to rate this any differently than the opener, but nice to get the "full circle" feel of the album (not including the upcoming genius of A Day in the Life).
Obviously the most disposable track on Sgt. Pepper. Does it really need to be there? Well, it brings the novelty idea that the Beatles were now a different band full circle, as if the band had completely forgotten about the Sgt. Pepper idea for the last ten tracks and thought, hang on a minute, shouldn't we try and wrap this thing up? Well, that's one thought, but apart from that it brilliantly sets up the finale of, a day in the life, as if to say, hey, we're not finished yet. Yes, the Beatles(or at least Sgt. Pepper's band)say goodbye on this track, but with the next cut, they save the best for last....
By far the best drumming and best drum beat in the history of these boys. :-)
GREAT reprise!
It works.
