Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some tracks can have several thousand ratings)
This track is rated in the top 2% of all tracks on BestEverAlbums.com. This track has a Bayesian average rating of 85.2/100, a mean average of 84.8/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 85.7/100. The standard deviation for this track is 11.6.

Alright, but not as good as Joni Mitchell's original
I grew up listening to this song as a kid when my dad played it in the car and it has only grown on me since. After finally learning all the lyrics I could not understand from listening to the song I grew to love it even more. This is a song from 1970 and it speaks the truth about how humans are "stardust" and made from "billion year old carbon" This is 100% true. The only reason there is life on this planet is because billions of years ago stars from all around the universe exploded and the elements that brew inside their cores get sent out into the universe and fast forward a few billions years and here we are. So hypothetically, the atoms in your right hand could have come from a different star than the ones in your left hand. This was probably not too well known or accepted 40 years ago (still isn't as accepted as it should be today) and for this band to write a great song that include this knowledge is freakin' awesome.
