Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. I am absolutely bewildered by the public and critical opinion of this album. Insanely melodic from start to finish. It's pop rock at its best, surely!

I was looking forward to this album a lot, but I dunno, I don't think it really needed to happen. They try out this classic rock sound, which is a good idea, but one that doesn't really work most of the time. Not as good as it could have been, but not as bad either.

Pretty mediocre stuff. The lead off single Between the Lines is good, and there's another couple pretty good songs at the beginning of the album. Then it goes limp.
