Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A decent record with interesting musical arrangements but it does sound a bit dated in the modern day. The sound also becomes quite repetitive by the end as most of the songs sound so similar that I do find myself craving some diversity. Despite this, the music is very unique and you will straight away know when you hear a Kraftwerk song. I think the voice works perfectly with the musical stylings as well and it adds a lot to the songs for me. Overall, I don't think this is as consistent as some of their other records but it does have the huge song of The Model which is brilliant and makes it worth checking out.
Not a fan
This is probably my favorite Kraftwerk album and I actually prefer it over Trans-Europa Express, it is not so eerie, but the theme of it just sticks more with me.

Ecos desse álbum vai do synthopop ao hip hop! Gigante!
If you wanna get into Kraftwerk, this is a more fitting starting point than Trans-Europa Express, which might be too much as a first album.

My dad helped ease me into the world of electronic music and synthesizers from an early age, so I immediately loved Kraftwerk when I finally decided to check them out for my own. Die Mensch·Maschine is probably their most accessible work I've heard so far, it sounds fat and full, especially compared to their more minimal arrangements in the past. Das Model and Die Roboter are fantastic suites in their catalog, but the entire thing is well worth doing a deep dive into.
